If you have prepared your Gang Sheet yourself, that is, your file is ready, use the "Upload Ready Gang Sheet File" option.

If you want to create a Gang Sheet with your designs, use the "Build Your Gang Sheet" option.

If you choose the EXPRESS PRINT option, you can pick it up
your order 2 hours later in the our working hours. -
If you place your order as normal not EXPRESS PRINT before 12 PM, you can pick it up the same day at the latest by 4 PM in the our working hours
Order your Custom DTF Gang Sheets with our simple process.
Heat Press
1. Pressure SettingSet the heat press to medium to firm pressure.
2. Temperature For cotton and 50/50 blends, set the temperature to 320-350F°. For synthetic or polyester fabrics, set the temperature to 280-300F°
3. PressPress the transfer to fabric for 10 to 15 seconds.
4. Hot PeelPeel while still hot, in one continuous, smooth, rapid motion.
For Enhanced Durability* Cover the image with parchment paper after peeling the film off and press again for 5 seconds.
Iron On
1. TemperatureSet the temperature to the highest temperature setting on your iron.
2. PressApply even pressure to all of the design with the iron and press evenly for 20 to 25 seconds onto the garment.
3. Hot Peel Peel immediately while hot, in one continuous, smooth, rapid motion.
All orders will be printed on a direct to film material using our printers and the best quality inks. - If you are not using our gang sheet builder, make sure that the images have high resolution and a transparent background before uploading.
- If the pre-made file uploaded has quality / color issues, our designer team will contact you before printing your custom gang sheet.
